Fortalecer a pastores e iglesias locales con relación, formación, recursos y rendición de cuentas voluntaria, para que cada congregación viva en Cristo, ministre con el poder del Espíritu y lleve esperanza a su comunidad.To strengthen local pastors and churches through relationship, training, resources, and voluntary accountability, so that every congregation lives in Christ, ministers in the power of the Spirit, and brings hope to its community.

IIVC nació del ministerio de Rubén y Vicki Dominguez, fundadores de HOPE Life Global. Lo que comenzó alrededor de su propia mesa, con el deseo de llevar esperanza, restauración y oportunidad a niños, familias y comunidades vulnerables en la República Dominicana, creció hasta convertirse en una organización que hoy cruza fronteras.IIVC was born from the ministry of Rubén and Vicki Dominguez, founders of HOPE Life Global. What began around their own table, with a desire to bring hope, restoration, and opportunity to vulnerable children, families, and communities in the Dominican Republic, grew into an organization that now reaches across borders.
Con los años, Rubén y Vicki vieron algo que se repetía: pastores fieles sirviendo solos, sin formación accesible, sin materiales para sus ministerios y sin nadie que orara por ellos. Muchos habían salido de estructuras que exigían mucho y daban poco. La respuesta fue sencilla: una red donde las iglesias se acompañen sin que nadie pierda su libertad.Over the years, Rubén and Vicki kept seeing the same thing: faithful pastors serving alone, without accessible training, without materials for their ministries, and with no one praying for them. Many had come out of structures that demanded much and gave little. The answer was simple: a network where churches support one another without anyone losing their freedom.
Vicki es ministra certificada de Sanidad del Alma y dirige grupos de Sanidad del Alma en los Estados Unidos. Ese trabajo interior, el de sanar las heridas que moldean la manera de vivir y de pastorear, es parte del ADN de la red.Vicki is a certified Healing of the Soul minister and leads Healing of the Soul groups in the United States. That inner work, healing the wounds that shape how people live and lead, is part of the network's DNA.

Creemos en la Biblia como Palabra de Dios, en un solo Dios en tres personas, en Jesucristo como único Salvador y Señor, en la salvación por gracia mediante la fe, en el bautismo en el Espíritu Santo con sus dones para la iglesia de hoy, en la iglesia local como familia de Dios y en el regreso de Cristo. Cada iglesia asociada conserva su pastor, su junta, su membresía, sus finanzas, su propiedad y sus documentos legales. IIVC no nombra ni destituye pastores locales y no cobra diezmos ni cuotas. La asociación es voluntaria y una iglesia puede retirarse cuando lo decida.Each associated church keeps its own pastor, board, membership, finances, property, and legal documents. IIVC does not appoint or remove local pastors and charges no tithes or dues. Association is voluntary and a church may withdraw whenever it decides.

La red tiene su base en la República Dominicana y en el norte de Texas, Estados Unidos. HOPE Life Global también acompaña relaciones ministeriales en Jamaica y Esuatini, y ha respondido en Haití. Cada relación es dirigida por líderes locales.The network is based in the Dominican Republic and in North Texas, United States. HOPE Life Global also supports ministry relationships in Jamaica and Eswatini, and has responded in Haiti. Every relationship is led by local leaders.
